Publication of the 2016 NSSO annual report

The second NSSO Annual Report sets out the progress made by the National Shared Services Office in 2016. The report also outlines the progress in implementing the Shared Services strategy outlined in the 2011 Public Service Reform programme, and the report on progress 2014 to 2016.
