Information Event – Data-Sharing and Governance: Policy Proposals and Responses
Monday 24th November 2014, 2:00 PM – The Atrium, Department of Justice and Equality, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.
The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is currently engaged in developing legislative measures to streamline and reinforce Data-Sharing and Governance as carried out between Public Service Bodies.
As part of this process, in August 2014, the Department published a Policy Paper, available at this link, and invited interested parties to submit responses and proposals. This event will discuss the responses received, and the main policy proposals under consideration.
Speakers at the event on 24 November will include Helen Dixon, Data Protection Commissioner and Daragh O’Brien of Castlebridge Associates.
